Privacy Policy
How Hybreu Digital LLC collects, uses, stores and protects information across its websites and products, and the rights you have.
1. Scope
This policy covers every product of Hybreu Digital LLC ("we", "us"). Because our products work differently, section 2 explains what each one collects. ABAIQ also publishes a detailed privacy policy at abaiq.ai/privacy and a Business Associate Agreement at abaiq.ai/baa.html; for ABAIQ, those documents control where they are more specific than this one.
2. What we collect, product by product
hybreu.com
This website is a static site. It has no accounts, forms, cookies of our own or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and operations.
ABAIQ (Chrome extension, web platform and QA Suite)
- Account information: name, email address, phone number and license type (for example RBT or BCBA) provided at registration.
- Session inputs: the clinical details you type or that the extension reads from your screen to draft a note. The extension reads only data that is already visible to you in your browser.
- Voice input (optional): if you use dictation, the extension uses your microphone with your explicit browser permission. Audio is transcribed through a provider covered by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
- Usage metadata: features used, number of notes generated, timestamps and the website domain where a feature was activated, for billing, analytics and compatibility statistics.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We never store or see your full card number.
- Acceptance records: timestamp, version accepted, IP address, device and language when you accept our terms, kept as evidence of your agreement.
- Communications: support emails, in-app feedback, cancellation surveys and messages you send us.
ABAIQ Learn and Citizenship Learn (iOS apps)
- No account. The apps do not require sign-in. Your study progress and preferences are stored on your device.
- Onboarding answers: the short questionnaire at first launch is sent anonymously with a random install identifier, with no name, email or advertising identifier, so we can measure which modules people need.
- Email (optional): only if you type it and check the consent box, so we can send you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Purchases: handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. Apple tells us only whether a subscription is active; we never receive your payment details.
- Content delivery: lesson audio and catalogs are bundled in the app and may be refreshed from our content delivery network; those requests include your IP address as any web request does.
- No tracking: no third-party ads and no cross-app tracking. The apps do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission because they do not track.
3. How we use information
To provide and operate the products, process payments, draft the documentation or deliver the lessons you request, provide support, keep records of legal acceptances, protect the products from abuse, understand how they are used in aggregate, and comply with the law. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. AI processing and health information (ABAIQ)
- Session inputs are sent to our AI providers only to draft the note you asked for. We hold Business Associate Agreements with those providers and with Amazon Web Services, which hosts the backend on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure.
- Processing runs in real time under a Zero Data Retention configuration: our AI providers do not keep your data and do not use it to train models.
- Notes drafted by the base note-writing feature are not stored on our servers; they exist only in your browser during the session.
- The optional QA Suite is the exception. Notes you choose to send for supervisory review, together with their AI evaluation and supervisor feedback, are retained encrypted on BAA-covered infrastructure, with client initials rather than full names from the extension. Both parties sign a data-sharing consent before any note is shared.
- You are responsible for not entering direct patient identifiers that are not needed, and for complying with HIPAA and state law in your use of ABAIQ.
5. Service providers
We rely on third parties to run our products: cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, under a Business Associate Addendum for ABAIQ), authentication and database infrastructure (account, usage and billing data only, no patient health information), a payment processor, AI providers under BAAs, an SMS provider for verification codes, a transactional email provider, a content delivery network for app audio, and Apple for in-app purchases. Each provider processes data only to perform its service for us and under its own security commitments.
6. Retention
- ABAIQ account data: while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except records we must keep by law (such as payment and tax records).
- ABAIQ drafted notes (base feature): not retained.
- QA Suite records: for the period set by the applicable BAA and your organization's instructions, or as required by law. Deletion can be requested in writing.
- Usage logs: up to 12 months.
- App questionnaire answers: anonymous and kept in aggregate.
- Optional email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and, where we store it, at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel. Multi-factor authentication is available for ABAIQ web accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of non-essential communications. Write to support@abaiq.ai; we respond within 30 days. If you live in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights, we honor them as the law requires.
9. Children
ABAIQ is for licensed professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. Our learning apps are intended for adults preparing for an exam and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data breaches
If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify affected users without undue delay and within the time the law requires, and we will notify regulators where required, describing what happened, the data involved and the steps we are taking.
11. International users
Our products are operated from the United States and data is processed there. If you use them from another country, you consent to that transfer.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. For material changes we notify registered users by email or in the product before they take effect.
