This page summarizes the agreements every ABAIQ account accepts. The full documents published at abaiq.ai are the binding versions and control if anything here differs.

1. What ABAIQ is

ABAIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate and review draft clinical documentation for ABA session notes. Every output is a draft. You review, edit, finalize and sign each note, and you keep full and sole clinical responsibility. ABAIQ is not an EHR, EMR, system of record or medical device, and it does not provide medical, clinical, legal or professional advice. ABAIQ is designed to be aligned with the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) Practice Parameters for Artificial Intelligence Use in Applied Behavior Analysis; that reflects our own practices and does not imply CASP endorsement.

2. Who may use it

ABAIQ is for licensed or certified healthcare professionals acting within the scope of their credential. By using it you represent that you hold the licenses and authorizations your state and federal law require. We cannot verify credentials; misrepresenting them is a material breach for which you bear sole liability.

3. HIPAA: what we do and what you do

4. The QA Suite

The QA Suite is an optional feature that lets you send a completed note to a supervising clinician for AI-assisted quality review. Unlike the base note-writing feature, it transmits and retains the notes you send, their AI evaluation and supervisor feedback, encrypted on BAA-covered AWS infrastructure. Notes sent from the extension carry client initials only. Both parties sign a Supervision and QA Data-Sharing Consent before any note is shared. The QA Suite is paid by credits, one credit per note reviewed, with one hundred credits included once in an active Premium subscription. Its use is governed by the ABAIQ QA Suite Terms of Use.

5. AI transparency

You will never represent an ABAIQ output as produced or approved by a human professional, and you will disclose its AI-generated nature where law or professional ethics require it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs, for matching PHI to the right client, and for verifying every output before you use it.

6. Prohibited uses

Do not process PHI through services outside our BAA coverage, share credentials or outputs with unauthorized people, reverse engineer the service, generate fraudulent or fabricated documentation, use the service outside your licensed scope, or interfere with its infrastructure.

7. Subscriptions, payments and cancellation

8. Intellectual property

The ABAIQ software, design, algorithms, branding and documentation belong to Hybreu Digital LLC. The notes generated from your inputs belong to you.

9. Third-party platforms

ABAIQ is an independent browser-based tool. It reads only data already visible on your screen and writes user-approved content back into form fields at your direction. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any practice-management system, EHR platform or clinical software provider, and does not access their backend systems. You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms, and we do not guarantee continuous compatibility.

10. Liability, indemnification and law

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the three months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, patient harm, professional sanctions or regulatory fines. You indemnify Hybreu Digital LLC for claims arising from your breach, your HIPAA violations, your downstream use of outputs or your professional decisions. Florida law governs; disputes go to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Acceptance and changes

Creating an account or checking the acceptance box is a legally binding electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act and the Florida Electronic Signature Act. We record the timestamp, version, IP address and device of each acceptance. A material revision requires acceptance in the service before continued use.
